An After Hours Emergency Service is offered to all of our clients whilst the office is closed.  This service is managed by one of our rostered Strata Managers, meaning that they will likely have the knowledge to determine what is common property and what is an owners responsibility and therefore make a decision on what action is required.


What do we consider an emergency?

Burst water services and flooding
Security Gates - Access to and from property is obstructed in the event of a fire
Blocked sewerage
Electrical faults causing damage or endangering lives
Lift Faults (for apartment buildings)
Damage caused by storms, fire or flood
Smashed glass caused by accident and/or vandalism

To avoid multiple contractors attending site and therefore doubling up on costs, it is preferable to call our After Hours Emergency Service to advise them of the situation.  Our Emergency Service is able to co-ordinate a mixture of trades people in the most critical of situations, for instance, if a water pipe was to burst in your building at midnight, whilst a resident is away, a coordination of the police, a locksmith, a plumber or an electrician may be necessary.  Our Emergency Service is able to provide all of this assistance.

In the event of a fire - Please call 000 and leave property immediately.

The following may not be considered an emergency and will be attended during office hours:
Leaking taps 
Faulty TV reception-antenna problems

Faulty security gate where access to and from the property is not impeded
Loss of internet connection
Vandalism, Theft, Trespassing - Please contact your local police station
